CAN YOU HANDLE THE TRUTH?

The Bandon Playhouse along with Director Peter Braun will be hosting an additional casting call on Saturday, January 16th 5:00pm at the Sprague Community Theater for “A Few Good Men” a play written by Aaron Sorkin (creator of TV’s The West Wing). We are still looking for some key parts for this show and even have a couple non-speaking parts as well, said Paul Hay, President of the Bandon Playhouse. This Broadway hit which was followed by the movie with Tom Cruise, Jack Nicholson, and Demi Moore, is about the trial of two Marines involved in the death of a fellow Marine at Guantanamo Bay. Their lawyer, a callow young man, expects a plea bargain and a cover-up. Prodded by a female member of his defense team, he eventually makes a valiant effort to defend his clients and puts the military mentality and the Marine code of honor on trial. If you can handle the truth and want to be part of a great Bandon Playhouse Production, then we are looking for you!
